  • Educational Degree in Agronomy or related field (preferred)
  • Stable work history and track record of sales success
  • CCA Certification (preferred) and must have clean driving record
Valley Ag is going to build a team of agronomists at each location that will serve the customer’s needs at all levels.  We understand that the customer of today expects more and may have different needs than that of the customer of the past. Our goal is to add only the best people to our team to bring value to our customers. The cornerstone to assembling the right group of people is to remember that today’s customers will demand:

In regards to what Valley Ag will provide, our philosophy is that each crop advisor will have the support staff to follow up on what you have set in motion – equipment, products, mapping, spreading, delivery, testing etc. - for each customer. This allows you to spend your time more efficiently and effectively.
